How Our Fried Rice Is Made
Every plate starts from the same base — wok-tossed rice with beansprouts, egg and green onions — then gets finished with the protein or vegetable mix you pick. Canton is our house fried rice, blending shrimp, BBQ pork, ham and lettuce while staying light in colour. Hunan is flagged medium spicy and brings together beef, chicken, BBQ pork and peapods. The Vegetable version is a potpourri of vegetables, also kept light in colour, and the Combination lets you choose any three meats.
